Rates
$140 per 45 to 50-minute psychotherapy session
$230 per 50-minute initial intake session.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Currently I am a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Optum/United Health Care. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- What is my Co-Pay amount?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available. Currently I submit to Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois and Optum/United Health Care. I can also provide a super bill for self-submission to other insurance companies.
Payment
Cash, Credit/Debit and Checks accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
